Our independently designs and manufactures the hoisting mechanism for all tower cranes we produce. The transmission form used in the hoisting mechanism is a planetary gear structure, which offers notable characteristics such as compact structure, high transmission efficiency, strong load-bearing capacity, and smooth transmission.

The LVF series hoisting mechanism adopts a variable frequency speed-regulating motor + NGW gearbox + drum configuration. The entire mechanism is arranged in a "I" shape, featuring compact structure, low noise, and light weight. All gears have hardened tooth surfaces, and the gearbox is sealed with a floating seal. The wearing of sealing components can be automatically compensated, ensuring reliable sealing of the gearbox.

The braking device utilizes an electromagnetic brake, which offers reliable performance, smooth braking, high braking frequency, convenient and intuitive adjustment of braking torque, and easy maintenance and replacement.

The motor is equipped with variable frequency speed control (4 poles), providing advantages such as a wide speed range, high overload capacity, high efficiency, stepless speed regulation, and smooth starting and braking. This mechanism can achieve zero-speed braking, resulting in nearly zero wear on the friction disc and significantly extending its lifespan.
