FSC05-01 Controller

The FSC05-01 controller is designed as an electronic control unit for intelligent control of construction machinery. It features a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor with a clock frequency of 216 MHz and parallel processing capability. It processes switch information inputs ranging from 0 to 36 V/DC, and supports resistance inputs ranging from 10 to 40000Ω for direct connection to temperature sensors. All input interfaces are protected against overvoltage and electrical interference. Power supply inputs are monitored to detect cable breaks. Proportional solenoid outputs for current control are modulated using pulse width modulation (PWM) and compensated for temperature and voltage fluctuations to ensure high accuracy and minimal lag. The switch outputs are designed for direct on/off control of relays and switching solenoids. Additionally, the outputs integrate voltage and current monitoring functions.
