Mobile crane

On-board multi-way valve with variable/fixed dual pump logic compound control and integrated electro-hydraulic system. This valve features high integration of electro-hydraulic components and logic compound control. It includes a compensating spool for the load pick-up check valve. The valve stem opening and closing circuit adopts a constant flow network matching, enabling flexible opening and closing of the main valve. Additionally, the valve can provide compensation pressure and flow to the small chamber of the variable amplitude cylinder, achieving dynamic compensation for the variable amplitude system.

Proportional pressure self-adaptive slewing multi-way valve. It allows different buffering strategies to be set according to different working conditions, loads, and speeds, achieving comprehensive buffering and providing good buffering effects during crane slewing startup and braking.

The winch balance valve adopts a damping network control consisting of multiple parallel-connected damping circuits and bypass damping. This enhances the stability of the control oil source for the balance valve, ensuring smoother opening and closing of the valve.

The variable amplitude balance valve features an equal-area spool and valve stem throttle grooves. It also integrates overload relief valve, ensuring high stability with load compensation function and overload protection unaffected by load fluctuations.


The telescopic balance valve adopts an insert structure. By setting damping for the balance valve core spring return oil, it provides a certain back pressure for the spring return oil, changing the dynamic response characteristics of the valve core and improving the ability of the balance valve to resist load fluctuations, ensuring smooth retraction of the telescopic arm.


The hydraulic control slewing control valve has speed control function and can be switched between pilot handle and remote control module control.


The extension control valve has internally cast oil passages and adds a compensating oil channel to match the oil supply flow, preventing air erosion and boom elongation phenomenon in the extension cylinder.


SA10V10 dual variable displacement piston pump, featuring load-sensitive, constant pressure, constant power, and high integration of logic compound control. It has a streamlined design and high power-to-weight ratio. The swash plate design enables continuous variable flow between different displacement sizes, providing better controllability. It also offers advantages such as high efficiency, energy-saving, and low noise.


SA2FM fixed displacement axial piston motor, equipped with an axial conical piston rotor assembly using a swash plate design. It can be used in both open and closed hydraulic circuits. Its excellent starting characteristics and low stable speed greatly improve the micro-movement of the crane. The innovative large swing angle design provides high power density. It also offers advantages such as high speed, high torque, and high pressure.
